Anneke McEvoy (she/her/hers) is a Staff Fellow in the Office of the President, as well as the Associate Director of the SUNY Oswego Triandiflou Institute for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Transformative Practice. In addition to supporting all functions of the Triandiflou Institute, Anneke has developed training and workshops on a broad range of social justice topics.

She coordinated SUNY Oswego’s successful application to become a Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation Center campus through AAC&U and recently secured funding to launch the Oswego Dialogue Project pilot, a campus-wide effort to increase capacity for facilitated dialogue to explore challenging and divisive topics. This work has informed our campus launch of a five-year dialogue plan in partnership with the El Hindi Center for Dialogue and Action at Interfaith Works.

Anneke has also served as Deputy Coordinator of Title IX. As former Co-Director of the SUNY Oswego School of Education O-RITE Project and as a visiting assistant professor in Oswego’s undergraduate TESOL program, Anneke has taught and mentored teacher candidates and practicing teachers across New York State. She holds a BA in English Literature with a concentration in Creative Writing from Wells College and a master’s in TESOL from the School for International Training.
